| The Midship Marine model CV-97-A is a single screw, diesel powered aluminum charter vessel suitable for coastwise-20 miles harbor of safe refuge use. This vessel is built to and certified by the United States Coast Guard regulations to carry 80 passengers and 7 crew in semi-protected waters. She can carry 96 passengers and 7 crew in protected waters. The hull is flush deck with a main cabin and pilothouse mounted above. Hull compartments are arranged as to allow for one compartment flood ability. This enables the vessel to remain afloat with positive stability with any one compartment flooded. There are five double staterooms, one on the bridge deck and four below deck all with ensuite baths. | Aft on the main deck is a covered, spacious area which is furnished with an aft built-in curved settee, a love seat, cocktail table, two side chairs, end table, round glass top table and four chairs. This area can be completely enclosed with Isinglass curtains and wing doors.
Moving forward through double doors is the salon furnished with two couches, four arm chairs, five end tables, four lamps, and a game table with four chairs. At the forward end of the salon there is a built-in bar area with a tile floor, refrigerator and ice maker. The salon has recently been upgraded with raised paneling and new furniture, artwork and a retractable plasma television to allow for corporate presentations. Next forward are two day heads complete with Corian counters and sinks. These rooms are attractively wallpapered and have tiled floors. The galley is next forward and is complete with electric stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and double stainless sinks. There is ample counter space and storage cabinets. Walls and cabinets are finished in Formica trimmed with wood. The floors are vinyl. On the lower deck there are four staterooms each with queen sized beds and ensuite baths that include tub/showers and Corian vanities and sinks. Each room is attractively wallpapered with wood trim and carpeted floors. Each room also has a TV. The upper deck is very spacious for entertaining and is in the process of being fitted with a semi permament enclosure to permit use in inclement weather. The wheelhouse is forward on this deck and a set of wing controls is just forward of that on the port side. Adjacent to the wheelhouse is a crew stateroom with upper and lower bunks and ensuite head complete with stall shower. Aft of the wheelhouse is a fifth guest stateroom with queen size bed and ensuite bath. This room and bath are furnished and finished in the same fashion as the other four. The entire interior is heated and air conditioned. Staterooms have carpeted soles and heads have tiled soles. Windows on the main deck are thermo glass and some of them open for fresh air. | The main hull structure is designed and built with proven safety standards. It is inspected and approved by the USCG. The watertight bulkheads are located and designed to meet one-compartment flood ability. Hull, deck and superstructure are aluminum.

| Propulsion engine Lugger LI625A.3 marine propulsion diesel engine rated at 425hp at 2300 RPM (medium duty rating) arranged for heat exchanger cooling. There are 2100 hours on the main engine.
