| I have a little used Formula 45 Yacht with about 110 hours on her in mint condition. I scanned in the purchase contract listing all the options on this boat as they are too numerous to list here. I have listed the sell price as the amount I would take today. I will consider all offers at this time. I have made a few upgrades that will not show on the options list: Installed the 2008 model year cherry wood steps leading down into the cabin; Replaced the gray carpet with the tan (still have the gray also); custom retrofitted the canvas in the aft section; installed a propane grill and grill holding mount in the engine room; etc. All of the additional items cost me well over $8,000. I also have a custom made complete boat cover that attaches to the dock's ceiling that is on rollers...so it makes covering the boat a breeze. That thing cost me $8,500.
